Why I'm building Trolevo
The “we” on this site is one person: me, Sven Seiler, in Zürich, self-funded, no investors. I started Trolevo for two reasons. I was never happy with any recipe tool I'd used, and a chef and restaurateur in my family kept hitting the same wall: change one ingredient in a sub-recipe, and the quantities and the allergen label should update everywhere it's used. Few tools handle that. So I'm building the tool I wanted, done properly, for the kitchens Swiss software tends to overlook.

What does early access include?
Early access is email-first: join the waitlist and we'll email you an invitation when Trolevo opens. There's nothing to pay now.
What does “keep early-access pricing” mean?
Joining the waitlist locks your early-access rate for 12 months after launch. Business stays at CHF 19.90 for a year while the standard price is CHF 30.
Why not just use a spreadsheet?
Spreadsheets drift as you scale: rounding errors creep in, allergens don't roll up across sub-recipes, and costs don't update when ingredient prices change. Trolevo handles all three automatically.
When does Trolevo launch?
